  • AGTravel may charge an administrative fee for changes or cancellations.

You are solely responsible for:

  • Ensuring all travelers have valid passports, visas, permits, or any other required documentation.

  • Checking the entry requirements of each destination.
    AGTravel is not responsible for denied boarding or entry due to incomplete or invalid documentation.

5. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend obtaining comprehensive travel insurance that covers medical emergencies, cancellations, delays, and loss or theft of property.

6. Service Changes

  • AGTravel reserves the right to make changes to itineraries or service arrangements due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, supplier changes, force majeure events).

  • If changes significantly affect your booking, we will offer suitable alternatives or the option to cancel with applicable refunds.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • AGTravel acts solely as an intermediary between you and third-party service providers.

  • We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, or errors of any third-party providers.

  • AGTravel is not liable for personal injury, property damage, or loss incurred during travel arranged through our services.

8. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any delays, changes, or cancellations resulting from events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, civil unrest, or other force majeure events.

9. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information when making bookings or inquiries.

  • Comply with all local laws and regulations at your travel destinations.

10. Intellectual Property

All website content, including but not limited to text, images, logos, and graphics, is the property of AGTravel or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
